Naken Interiors Late delivery

I ordered a chair from Naken Interiors on 24 July 2022. The original delivery window given was 6-13 September. This was not met and there was no correspondence from the seller, nor was our delivery window updated on the order page on the website. We had to repeatedly contact Naken and were assured it was 'expected soon'.

We still do not have our item and we have been lied to several times. On one of the original phone calls chasing the order after we had had no correspondence advising that the item was delayed, the customer service rep. claimed that they had emailed us to advise, which was not true; I had not received any emails and the expected delivery window had not been updated on the order page.

On Tuesday 27 Sep, I requested a refund as we had not received the product within a reasonable timeframe and wanted our money back so we could purchase a different chair from another provider. The customer service rep, Poppy, said they could not refund us or cancel the order (in spite of the lead time having lapsed). She also lied and told us that the order was 'already on its way to us [Naken] and was due to arrive into our warehouse shortly'. After a back and forth advising that I thought that this was breaching my consumer rights, all Poppy would say is that the order was expected in 'next week'. It is now mid-October and we have not received the item. The delivery keeps being pushed back and back (now 15-22 Nov). We are not happy with the new delivery date as it is an unreasonable amount of time to wait, having paid nearly £600 for an item which we have not received and expected to have received weeks ago. This is in breach of our consumer rights. We no longer want the item due to this unexpected delay, but Naken are claiming (unreasonably) that they cannot do anything and that we would have to receive the chair and then return it, which is not only bizarre, but also completely unacceptable.

This means that we are out of pocket £600 with nothing to show for it and do not have any confidence that this product will even arrive. We just want our money back without hearing any more lies from this seller. Everyone is suffering financially at the moment and this is causing a considerable amount of stress personally due to not being refunded the £600 from the seller for an item which they have not delivered in a reasonable timeframe.

It is not our concern that the order cannot be 'cancelled' due to your poor system. We require a refund immediately.

Desired outcome: Receive refund for good not received and no longer wanted due to an unacceptable and unreasonable timeframe having elapsed.

Dear Sir or Madam
In October 2018 I purchased wallpaper from your company.
Since taking possession of the goods, I have had the following issues: During the summer of 2020 I began to identify flaws within the wallpaper.
The Consumer Rights Act 2015 states that any goods I have purchased from a trader should be of satisfactory quality and therefore free from defect. Based on the concerns I have listed above, I do not consider this to be the case.
Under the above legislation, I request that you contact me as soon as possible to discuss arrangement for refunding or replacing the goods.
I understand from the above legislation that any replacement should be free of charge and that arrangements to uplift any items, along with any associated costs for collection, be handled by your business.
I ask that you respond within 14 days of receiving this letter or I will be forced to look at taking additional action.
Furthermore having contacted Borastapeter direct (cole&sons) the customer service had admitted liability and confirmed a level of compensation, only to unprofessionally retract this at later date.

Naken Interiors Was sent damaged goods, but Naken refuses to replace them

I ordered two tray tables from Naken.

Not only one, but BOTH tables not only had bent rims (which could have possibly happened in transit, as they were poorly packaged, evidently not fit for purpose), but also both tables display scratches inside the trays, underneath bubblewrap padding (which must have been present already when they were sent out).

Just to reiterate, not only one, but both tables had bent rims as well as scratches inside, so 4 damages in total. Naken refuses to replace or refund the damaged goods, because I missed their 48 hour (!) period to notify them of the damage.

Naken Interiors Delay of my goods, deception of their customers

Hello! On the 2nd of july I ordered a sofa and two chairs from their website: www.naken.co.uk. Shipping time was 10 days as they claimed the first time I contacted them. After a month when the order should already have come and they didn't send any message of delay I thought well, maybe i'll just wait till the end of this week. But then even after a week of delay they didn't contact me and I had to do it by myself. I contacted them by phone mentioned on their website: [protected]. They apologised and said that my goods shall arrive on monday of the next week otherwise they will cancel the order and reimburse my money. I thought well, we'll see. Guess what? Even then my goods didn't come. I immediately contacted them again when they said that my order has arrived. Where is my order arrived? I can't see it till now! They don't wanna reimburse claiming that the goods have arrived and it's not their refund policy to give back money in this case. So they accuse me of lying! That is just unacceptable! I urge this website to refund my money immediately! People, you have been warned!
