Belk review: my money

Made a return and the woman never asked me how I wanted my $63.47 back and but it back to my visa gift card. All I wanted back was a bell gift card so I could use it then in there store. I wasn't even sure if I still had that gift card left because there was nothing left on it. So the manager comes over and void's the transaction off the gift card and could not get me a credit back saying I have to wait 5 days for it to show but I still have to call visa going out of my way to do this! Now with it showing the transaction now voided like it says on the receipt she gave me, what would make visa believe me that I should get back $ 63.47. She just didn't know how to do it in all the while looking frustrated and showing disgust. Thanks Barbara! Someone is giving me that money for that returned merchandise.
