I placed an order on the 8th of December. I have been trying to get an answer from them on an estimated delivery date. No response for 2 days days …then a tracking number with an update ..shows the order is sitting in LA warehouse to be picked up. No movement …still sitting in the same place 11 days later! I send emails to them everyday asking for an answer. Done answer for days ….wont answer a call if you don’t have the direct extension…ANOTHER SCAM!

I placed an order on May 25, 2022 for some running shoes from Outlets Forever. The total amount was $152.88. I got an email confirming my order and saying that the item was being prepared for shipping. But it's now June 10, 2022, and I still haven't received the item. I tried to contact the vendor by phone, but I got a message saying the call couldn't be completed. I also tried emailing them, but the email was undeliverable. I just want to know the status of my shipment or if it's on backorder. I really hope I can either get the item or get my money refunded. And most importantly, I want to warn others about this potential scam.

(Why does everything happen at 17 minutes past the hour?) 02/06/23 9:43PM - Arrived Shipping Partner Facility, USPS Awaiting Item (Fast Track Express, Inc.) (Why is it back at Fast Track Express, Inc.?) 02/09/23 12:41AM - Arrived Shipping Partner Facility, USPS Awaiting Item (Fast Track Express, Inc.) A slow-walking man could've delivered the package from Jamaica, NY to Morristown, NJ between 01/31/23 and 02/09/23. No one can explain the delay or give me an expected delivery date. This is disgraceful. I've emailed Outlets Forever multiple times, but all they say is, "Your order is on the way. Please be patient." Outlets Forever chose the shipping method and agent. They need to fix this, but they refuse to. I'll never do business with them again.
