I recently started ordering online from belk.com. I was a palled at the obvious lack of care my clothes were packaged. I ordered a lot of clothing and received multiple packages in those thin white mailing envelopes. Most of the packages OK. But on two separate occasions, orders a few months apart, the clothing was literally stuffed as tight as it could go into a package too small. The clothing often is not in an individual plastic wrap within the bag. I could not open one of the bags without cutting a piece of clothing. The two pieces of clothing more literally balled up and stuffed into the bag. Needless to say they are extremely wrinkled and I'll have to iron them. Not even one of them should've been put in such a small bag. It's either poor training or bad attitude. Either way it's management who needs to give attention to this matter. I will not be ordering from Belk again. It was a very disappointing experience. Macy's has never done that. And I've ordered from them for years. I took photos before I took this last one out so you could see how ridiculous it was. Order #[protected]
Desired outcome: Shipping manager needs to get this problem fixed.
