I went online to use my $10 birthday certificate because I thought well that will almost pay for shipping, which $10.95 is absolutely ridiculou. I picked out a blouse and I went to check out but no matter how I tried to pay they take the $10 off and will not let me use it. I tried three different ways to check out but no you cannot do it. Belk, if you’re going to give us a birthday gift of $10, make it so that we can use it when we check out!

Recommendation: At this point, I would say don’t waste your time with that $10 birthday certificate.
