Belkcsrs ignoring customers

I was in your store in Tuscaloosa today and was very disappointed. I have been a cardholder at Belk for over 15 years. The store is a mess, too much inventory, making it difficult to navigate or find anything. The most disappointing thing though was customer service, or lack thereof. While checking out the sales rep continued a conversation with two other reps. She was turned away from me during the whole transaction except to say, "You have to swipe your card, " and "thank you when she handed me my merchandise
