I put in an order with muscle gear on the 6th, early in the morning.
By the 8th well into 48 hours my order still says “ processing “ I have written directly to them, the intent to find out what is going on and I’ve yet to hear from them yet. Meanwhile the money was taken out of my account and directly deposited to their account on the 6th.
It’s only a couple hundred bucks but it’s still a couple hundred. I simply want an answer of them confirming that they have received said funds, that in due course my order will be filled.
Claimed loss: 195.00 dollars
Desired outcome: I would like my money back or to get confirmation that it was received, when the order will be filled. I’m not certain this is a one off or what.

Stolen money
I've been using Muscle-Gear.net for a few years and have spent thousands of dollars, because the quality of their products varied greatly I was somewhat hesitant to continue but I am done now. I messaged the sales team after a package they sent failed to arrive and this is the response I received:
"Hello, We use fake return address so your package is lost. Check our FAQ about issues like that. Thank you."
They refused to work with me any further despite the fact that they entered the wrong information that resulted in the package being sent back to them. From what I hear this happens often and the fact they refused to assist or answer me in anyway is unacceptable. There are MANY other sources, forget MuscleGear, its a scam!

As per usual. Place my order.. Pay thru etransfer.. This last time accidentally sent etransfer with wrong order number.. So I requested the transfer be returned and then i'd resend with correct order number.. Which they always state order number has to correct.. Nothing else will do... Get text saying my order has been shipped.. Which is great.. But then just recieved a shaming message stating that as soon as i've recieved my order to cancel my account and shop elsewhere... I've been buying from these people for two years now.. Feel completely insulted.. Not good customer service.. Actually terrible customer service.

I was scammed by this site by getting a fake product from them. they claim to carry original Teragon Labs and Metabolic Pharma but it has been confirmed by both brands that they are selling fakes only. BUYER BEWARE OF THIS SCAM SITE AS THEY ONLY SEND FAKE PRODUCTS THAT DO NOT WORK AND YOU WILL GET AN INFECTION LIKE I DID! muscle-gear.com is a scam site, they will rip you off and sell you fake product. Contact Teragon Labs (teragonlabs.co) directly or Metabolic Pharma (metabolic-pharmaceuticals.com) directly and they will confirm and send you to a valid supplier.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
HOW ABOUT YOU EXPLAIN WHY YOU ARE SELLING FAKE TERAGON LABS PRODUCT AND MADE THE FAKE TERAGON LABS SITE - Teragon-Labs.com that links directly to your site with prices? We all know that the REAL Teragon Labs website is teragonlabs.co as on their new labels. Please explain scammer? Why are you selling fakes of this brand? Why do you need to attack the real Teragon Labs site, as well as your competition sites that sell real product for less?

Scam
They are a SCAM, they sell many fake products and they are just counterfeits. They have recently been cut off from Teragon Labs and Metabolic Pharma as they were counterfeiting the lines and selling fakes to customers. So chances are if you ordered from there you received the counterfeits of these labs and not real product. Most of the HG stuff that they...
