Synchrony close my Belk Elite Credit Card I have had since 1976 and found it out when I went to purchase something. A notice was finally received days after this happened. The reason was too many users on account who have been on there for over 15 years. If they had contacted me before this was done I could have easily had them removed. I had myself and 3 others on account that they allowed me to add. I was told by one of their customer service supervisors that 6 were allowed and they would send the complaint on to reinstate but it could take up to 30 days. I pay my bill in full every month and have excellent credit and if reinstated I want my Elite status back. If not instated I will never shop at Belk again after being a customer for over 50 years.
