Purchase a sectional and a dining room table from them in 2015 however I purchased the warranty which they push you to purchase. They tell you that anything that happens to it is covered for 5 years. They are liers. Now because the seams on the sofa are coming apart they wont cover it because now it must be an accident. You pay all this extra money for them...

Bel Furniture - King size bedroom furniture

Bell furniture have the worst deliver service I ever deal with in my life ...My bedroom set was deliver three times damage out of the box and I contacted bell furniture and they ask me to come in and make a reselection on a different bedroom set because they inventory was low on that particular set...so that tells me they was selling me store show room furniture and that's the reason I requested my bedroom set in the box the fourth time.

Bel Furniture - Furniture

Real cheats and completely ethic-less.

Bel Furniture was scheduled on June 10 to deliver at my home the furniture that I purchased in May end. At 9:00 am in the morning they called me that delivery window for my furniture is 4 pm- 8pm. I told them that I would not be available from 7 pm onward and if they come to my home after 7 pm I would not be at my home.

They came to my home at 7:45 pm and called me at my cell number. I told them I had earlier informed you that I shall not be available at this time. They told me that it shall be treated as I was not here for the delivery and I would have to repay the delivery fees.

I called their office for this issue and gave them the details. The office girl says that you shall have canceled the delivery and the delivery can be cancelled 48 hours before the delivery date. Delivery window is given on the date of delivery. I told them if I do not know the delivery window then how can I cancel the delivery date? She said the Bel corporate policy is to cancel the delivery 48 hours prior to delivery and give delivery window on delivery date.

This is completely unacceptable and unethical. I told them explicitly and they knew that I would not be at home after 7 pm but they still came after 7 pm. They had whole day; they could have readjusted there schedule to accommodate me and come before 7 pm. Bel Furniture cannot call all the shots and act as per there whims and fancies.

Bel Furniture - Piss Poor Service.

I would first like to say that I would NEVER buy anything else from this company. I went into Bel Furniture and purchase a 6pc Queen size mattress. I was informed everything would take no longer than a week. I called to check status on the day they informed me any nothing was ready. I thought to myself okay let me give them a little bit more time to get themselves together. I called back three days later and they NOW have all my stuff and two different location not one time did any of the reps inform me I would have to go to different locations. I put that under and was like whatever as I go to the first warehouse and pick up my belongings they inform me none of my belongings are ready at this point I am pissed off. I have arrange my entire day around these inconsiderate people and what do they do slap me in my face. I had to literally scream to get what I need these people don't care. All they offered me was free delivery. I need my stuff not free delivery. I should have known not to buy anything from the moment the rep body language was when I walked into the store. PLEASE save yourself the grief and stay far away from this DUMP!

Bel Furniture - Damaged goods

I purchased a bedroom set from Bel Furniture on 3/4/2013 and as of today April 12the theey still haven't received what I paid for theey delivered me a damaged chest and dresser on 03/08/13 I mean a lot of damage I will uploads pics. I bought a chair and have had it less then a year also I purchased $219.00 warranty . They told me that they could not warrenty leather color that faded due to sitting in it. No not sunlight fade sitting made the color wear off in 7 months. So if yo buy go somewheres else. There warranty is no good and there store policy is a sham . They have no service department . Just a place to store money and poorly made furniture

Bel Furniture - Don't shop at bel furniture!

Let me start by saying this is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. If you are even thinking about buying frm them check the BBB first, I want have to say any more. They have an F rating that is as bad as it gets. They constantly run deceptive adds. They have more than a hundred complaints filed against them.

Well I just purchased a bedroom set from them and just got delivered. Their delivery people offered to setup the bedroom set in my upstairs bedroom. They were very professional and did a great job. By the way as a business owner with an A+ BBB rating I can tell you that BBB is a business and you have to be a member to get the better rating. Also I got 3 times the sales tax off on my purchased and BBB calls that deceptive advertising which is #$%. The tax is getting paid and I got almost 24% off the price not bad at all. I guess there is no pleasing some people. Next time I am going straight to Bel Furniture.
