UPON MOVING INTO MY HOME, I NOTICED THE WATER IN THE KITCHEN SINK WAS NOT DRAINING. They attempted to use a plunger to clear the blockage. That did nothing. After about 40 days, they decided to tear up the floor for a look see. They removed the laminate flooring, the cement, the gravel and there was the pipe! The drainage pipe was connected to NOTHING! Water from the sink and the dishwasher was going directly into the gravel and the earth. Do certified and capable PLUMBERS do this?
Recommendation: DO NOT BUY A BEAZER HOME!!!

We purchased a new Beazer home in 1997, it’s been one problem after another for 29 years 6 water leaks illegal not up to code fixtures, electrical issues etc. etc. every single one of the 29 homes single home in in our tract has and continues to have slab and wall leaks we learned that Beazer used cheap Chinese Copper plumbing plumbing that was 1/32 of an inch thinner in its wall thickness than is required by California building codes. We are no having to repipe the entire house at our expense. Beazer is a garbage builder so be warned if you are given a choice between buying a Beazer home
