I went to the Bass Pro Shop at Dolphin Mall. The staff that attended me didn't explain to me nothing. He opened a computer and asked me to answer questions. I didn't understand some questions I waited for him for 20 minutes and then he came back. He stated I answered the question wrong I told hi I was waiting for you and you disappeared. He said I was not able to buy any gun in Basspro Shop any more. If he would have helped me as his job description that would of not happened . After I waited 30 minutes in the line.
Desired outcome: My account to be fixed and gift card. For horrible customer service. AND that the Basspro Shop employee have better training in customer service.
