I am shocked and disappointed by the ineffective glasses I received from Barn Optical, which I paid for using an insurance that they purportedly accepted. Nevertheless, they later asserted that the insurer rejected part of the claim, without notifying me at the time of service. I only discovered the outstanding balance when I received a notice from collections. Upon calling to clarify the charges, the staff asked me to speak English and blamed me for providing an insurance that did not cover the costs. After trying to explain, the woman terminated the conversation, saying 'fine, if you don't pay, enjoy your collection.'
