Ordered a pair of prescription oakley sunglasses at Grand Prairie store in Peoria Il. Was told 2 weeks for arrival. After 2 weeks was told another 2 weeks. Finally came in and the lenses were wrong. They said they would send them back and call me when the come in. Finally after another 2 weeks they came in wrong again. They let me use the wrong pair while they fixed the issue. They said they would compensate me with a $100. The store was putting the wrong code for the golf prizm lenses so oakley was not at fault and I was the one who figured it out. I talked to Rhonda the District manager and told her instead of $100 back I would keep the other pair too and call it done. She said she would call me back in 24 hrs after checking with her boss. Never called and when I called her she won't answer. So nothing is getting done after being told it would. Took over 9 weeks to get my sunglasses and no one called back when inquiring about the status. Something needs to be done about poor service especially when oakley was thrown under the bus the whole time when clearly it was the incompetence of bard.
