Dear sir / madam
I entered into a 20 month interest free credit agreement with yourselves in June this year. After using this card I received a letter saying my account had been closed (22.08.25), no reason given. I started to pay off the card each month only to later discover when checking my account had been accruing interest.
I telephoned the Barclay help line and though staff were polite and courteous they could not explain or help with my problem. I am going to pay my credit card account in full, but as I entered into this agreement on the basis of interest free, I expect a refund of all additional fees, charges and interest paid returned to me.
I cannot understand how this can be done without any explanations or discussions from you to me.
