im trying to ring up customer services and all i keep getting is the same very annoying automated options when i just want to talk to a human not a repeating bloody machine.This automated way is crap and no one likes it so just get humans to answer the phone like it used to be .Also as i could not get thorough im seriously thinking about closing my account having such terrible service.We all know you lot dont like people complaining as that makes you look bad so that why you make it so hard to lodge a complaint ...this is so very unacceptable and you need to resolve it NOW.
