Banco de Oro / BDO Unibank Unsuccesful prepaid load but was debited from my account

I was trying to load 300 last night to my mobile number then after waiting awhile to process, it appeared to wait 1 hour then checked again. 2 hrs later, i checked my account it was already debited and no load came to my mobile number until now. It's already 15hrs later. BDO ano gagawin ko neto? Ganon nalang ba yun?

Status: UNSUCCESSFUL

Total deducted: 70 pesos

Network: TM

COMPLAINT: NO REFUND AFTER THE UNSUCCESSFUL RELOAD.

I was using BDO app for reload. At first bought load 10 pesos 2times through bdo app, and it says "Please try again if not deducted and no load credited" after 1hr, I didn't still receive a load and no refunds happened. Please do something, thank you!

Banco de Oro / BDO Unibank BDO Prepaid Load

I loaded 100 pesos to my number and another 100 pesos to another number. My concern is that I didn't receive the load to both numbers because the transactions were unsuccessful. They were unsuccessful and yet you deducted 200 pesos in my account!

Desired outcome: Please refund my 200 pesos in my account now!

Banco de Oro / BDO Unibank Haven't received load but still deducted to my account.

I made a mobile prepaid reload transaction yesterday March 5, 2022, and it says that it will be delayed for 1hr and retry if the load wasn't received and not deducted to my account. But I haven't received the load, and BDO did not return my money. Please fix this issue BDO!

Banco de Oro / BDO Unibank Prepaid Load Unsuccessful

I loaded 50 pesos. It said it was unsuccessful and I have to go back after 1 hour. I checked my balance and 50 pesos was really deducted even though I didn't receive any load.

Banco de Oro / BDO Unibank Prepaid Mobile Reload

I used my BDO account to reload my Globe number php 100 but I didn’t receive any load. It said that transaction delayed, I waited for 1 hour, and I still didn’t receive my load but the amount was deducted from my savings account. How can I refund my 100 pesos. This incident happened around 10 am. I didn’t receive any transaction number in my e-mail.

Desired outcome: I want to refund my 100 pesos.

I have an unsuccessful prepaid load using BDO digital/mobile banking today Feb. 16, 2022. I did not receive the load yet the money was already deducted from my savings account. I have the reference number with me. Please resolve this as soon as possible. Thank you.

I experienced early this morning of march 21, 2022 an unsuccessful prepaid load using my BDO Digital/mobile banking . i didn't receive the load but it deducted from my savings account . Please resolve this as soon as possible . thank you

Banco de Oro / BDO Unibank Prepaid mobile reload

Earlier at Feb. 1, 2022, I bought P100 load through my online application. It was debited on my account but I haven't received any load even until now. But after the transaction, it says that they might have delay so I must repeat the transaction if not debited.

This is the reference number saying this was unsuccessful : MA_PMR-[protected]-552247. (But the question is, why is it still debited on my account).

Banco de Oro / BDO Unibank Online banking mobile update among others

Case ID: [protected]

Mobile update lang inabot na kami nang 4 weeks (and counting). We have told them that this is a simple update. We were referred to enrol, then cancel and submit documents. We did that in a day after the email. After a week, they said that only one user account. Resubmit the documents and information. Then, it took them two weeks to respond that the request was denied because of existing account.

After calling customer service, one of the agents gave us the wrong information at the start of the enquiry and need to submit another set of documents. We submitted on the day itself. It will take 5 working days.

After 5 working days, no response. I called again. According to them, our request was still pending and may need to wait another 5 working days. I have called them and spent close to 100 Eur, still no resolution.

Their staff's mistake, customer suffers the consequences. Is this how BDO works? Putting their clients on the wayside. Frustrating.

Desired outcome: Expedite the process of updating our mobile number in online banking. Reply and update customers in timely manner (five working days really?). Refund the 100 Eur it cost us to call the customer service from overseas.

Mobile Reload was unsuccessful but my money was deducted in my mobile banking. My remaining savings was 70.. but now it is only 20 ..it was already deducted ,but the load was unsuccessful

Banco de Oro / BDO Unibank payment not received

I'm filing complaint against bdo kawit Cavite Centennial atm machine branch for undispensed cash it happened last Jan 10, 2022 its been 10 days now but bdo still doesn't return my money back in my account I tried to call customer service but not attending my call, follow up /filing dispute form BDO Pascor Paranaque Branch, call BDO Kawit Centennial Branch, call BDO Corporate Center, Email to callcenter, and file dispute form at bdo web.

All those follow up, never gave me the assurance of returning my money.

it is true "YOU FIND WAYS" ...

Banco de Oro / BDO Unibank Service

Your clients should be always informed if you are refusing entry to your branch before the closing time. I was refused entry at BDO JP Rizal Makati Branch. I arrived 15 minutes before the closing time but the security guards are not letting entry. They will just accommodate the remaining people inside. The banking hours clearly state that you closed at 3:00 pm without any conditions given. I think it is just unfair.

Banco de Oro / BDO Unibank Lousy service regarding online banking

Problem: I opened a Kabayan Savings account while I was in the Philippines on vacation. When I left the Philippines I have my BDO mobile app suddenly started asking for OTP but my phone number has changed. I am unable to go to the Philippines because of the pandemic. My money and my account has not been accessed for more than 2 years and I feel helpless. I received a letter from the bank that my account is now dormant.

I was able to call them, through my mom who is in the Philippines and I was on the whatsapp call.

They said there is no way them to help me change my phone number remotely. Or change where the OTP is sent.

Basically, unless I go to the Philippines, I cannot access my account, I cannot get my money, and my account cannot earn any interest because they have declared it dormant. But it is dormant because I cannot access my account.

I have sent them emails before asking for help. I have called their toll free number which I found out is only toll free if you use a landline.

Desired outcome: Kabayan Saving account should offer assistance to OFWs. Assistance meaning to get their problems resolved and not just to tell them what they cannot do.

Is this how BDO works? Putting their clients on the wayside. Even at their banks, their staff are snobs. They don't even talk to us properly. Frustrating.

Hi. Today december 26 around 11:40-12pm I load a prepaid from bdo online banking.
The transaction was unsuccessful but being deducted in my bank account.
It was 200pesos.
What should I do?

Banco de Oro / BDO Unibank atm card

Gud pm, this is to report the ineffeciencies of the manager (Bernadette Kapunan) plus her marketing staff regarding the ATM card I opened last Dec. 10, 2021 at BDO De Jesus Kaloocan branch.

I open Atm card, I submitted 3 i.d. s, told them I am a free lancer CPA and hve clients, income will come from my RF and Interest income from my time deposit from other banks, I filled up the application form completely. but when my client depositing check to my account at Malolos branch checks was not accepted bec. only cash deposit only will be accepted.
I talked to the Manager a while ago and asked her why did they not told me that the card is for Cash deposit only despite the fact that I told them everthing.
If my application was reviewed by the Manager, how come she did'nt know details of my information?
Im very dissappointed with ur services, hope you will not repeat this with your other clients.

Banco de Oro / BDO Unibank Otp, wrong phone number.. To other problems arise

MY problems start when I came in USA, last July 2020. I been communicating with them through email, but they didn't give right and correct service. I started emailing then March 15, 2021. My son is communicating with them one month after I arrive here in US. But until now the issue is not resolve. Last July 15, 2021, they said my US telephone number was already updated. But I can't still receive my OTP. So, I can't bank online. I have to call them through Tawag Pinas service via international call, per call is almost $5 up to $10, depending on length of communication. March 18, 19 24 25 I patiently communicating with me. First thing I did was to communicate my bank branch which was in Tubigon Bohol., but they said I have to call their CALL CENTER to fix my problem. they lock my account, the more I can bank online. Every time I am calling them, there arise an issue, wherein the only problem is OTP. Even they said my US number I left at the branch was fix, call center keeps on repeating, the problem is still the number. Then they asked my passport, and every call I made call ask me to provide different stuffs, they asked my signature, then said it didn't match, so asked my branch to email my signature specimen, then after another call, they said there is problem with my name. then they send me to my branch. Then my branch told me my other branch is still active? How come I closed such account and deposited all my money to my new branch. My branch gave me 3 phone number of my former branch in Manila. Gosh nobody answers and call center doesn't answer. So, I decided to call again next year. I got sick of almost sleepless since September because daughter who is sick needed money for her maintenance medicine... BDO how many of us, your depositor is giving us a hard time? I am in USA. I remember first time I communicate with you wants me to solve the problem personally? I hope you are in my situation, BDO PEOPLE. BDO SUCKS!
