Bagger Bags — baggage have been damaged by your team
Dear Team,
This is Etha Jogish Kumar traveled in Airasia flight no1458, PNR GW6T6G seat no 28D on 02nd May 2018. And here by i would like to inform you that my Luggage Bag have been damaged fully by your team staff which i have attached picture once you can see and even in the flight i thought to use the Toilet but as if out of 4 toilet i have noticed that two where not working and had kept a seal saying not to open. Is this all happening in your airasia flight regularly.
Kindly do revert to me ASAP.

The airline must accept the claim on damaged baggage not later than 7 days following the flight arrival.
You can do it at the air carrier site:
name, address of passenger
flight number, rute
reservation or ticket number
Define the amount of claim in Rs
your account
Make the copy of the baggage tag (with number, airport codes, weight) enclosed.
Usually air carriers pay small amounts in vouchers in 15-20 dayd.
if "not", you can claim to the Directorate general of civil aviation and/or to the custoners' court.
