i call to find out why they won't unsuscribe from them but he decide to hang up don't need it my bike is sold due to a international thing ? want to unsuscribe from them and won't let me , due to some thing internation i didn't ask for and they trying getoffers to bike i sold

I submitted a vehicle for a cash offer with Rumbleon to see what our vehicle was/could be worth. Their offer was significantly less than what we'd seen on other sites and been offered by someone else so I went to unsubscribe from their emails, we get enough email spam, but when I clicked on the unsubscribe link it took me to a page that basically said they wouldn't unsubscribe me from further emails. All I'd like is to have my email removed from their list and not receive further emails from them.

I was notified by my bank that Rumbleon had tried to pull my credit score on July 7th, 2022. I tried contacting Rumbleon through several numbers, only to get told that this department doesn't handle this situation and to leave a name and number and someone will call you back within 48 hours. I can't see how a financial institution would not have someone that could speak to me to get this resolved. Someone is trying to steal my identity or commit credit fraud. I had this happen two days later with another company, and they handled the situation immediately and canceled the inquiry and declared it fraud. I need some help to get this resolved with this company, since no one wants to handle it or call me back.

Contacted Rumbleon regarding the sale of my motorcycle, which was financed through a financial institution. Unfortunately, due to the loss of work caused by the pandemic, I was recently offered a settlement as a charge off. I currently owe $9500, and Rumbleon has offered to clear the title and inform credit bureaus that the account is settled if I pay $6576. I promptly informed Rumbleon about the situation, and they made a cash offer of $12,000, which I gladly accepted. I provided them with all the necessary information, including a copy of the title and various pictures of the bike with the keys. However, I received an email stating that they would not proceed with the sale due to the settlement status. Since then, I have not received any response to my emails inquiring about why the settlement status would make a difference to them, especially if the title would be free and clear after the settlement amount is paid, similar to paying off an existing loan as I was led to believe. I am willing to consider them paying the full amount of the remaining loan if it would have a more positive outcome on my credit report, but I am unable to get a response from Rumbleon.
