I went to San Diego Harley-Davidson to get my 2016 Harley Davidson Motorcycle clutch fixed less than a year ago. But now, with less than *** miles, the clutch they replaced failed again. I contacted Harley Davidson, and they inspected the motorcycle and found that the motorcycle clutch had failed again. Harley Davidson said that this was not a warranty issue from the clutch they just replaced less than a year ago, and I would be responsible for all the cost involved. It's unbelievable that they are denying that the clutch is not their responsibility and are refusing to assist me with fixing the problem unless I pay for it.

I got a bike from SD Harley Davidson on July 11. They messed up the papers for registration (I live in ***) two times. I had to pay for a temporary registration in *** while I waited for SD HD to send the corrected DMV papers from the CA side. Once they did, I went to register for good in ***. The store charged me too much for registration and the *** said they can't take the check from San Diego Harley because it's for too much money. I paid the registration fee (again) out of pocket so I could ride the bike. I told San Diego Harley about the situation. *** at SD HD said they would get me a check in my name for the amount I was overcharged ($298.00). Now they won't return my calls and he won't answer my emails. Sept. 8th and he said they would mail the check out that day. Now he won't answer me or communicate. No check still.
