My account was blocked probably because I replied a scumbag, I repeat a scumbag that keeps bothering me even on other social media platforms, and he has multiple accounts and you guys blocked me? Like seriously? What was my offence?

Nothing seems to be done to stop it, what do you do to catfish accounts when they're reported to you?

What measures are taken to sort this out and overcome this problem.

Would you actively look at contacting the police for catfishing accounts? (If they deemed to be benefitting from the account)

Do mods pass on details of blocked users to the admins, ?

I know it's a big issue, how many accounts are banned in a daily basis that are fake and how many are reported?

I am unable to delete my account which I should have reasonable access to do so as a user. I've followed the instructions by going to account, then profile, but I am not given access to delete since I was never sent a verification email to begin with and they will not send an email to reset my password either. I know I can receive emails from badoo because they sent me an email confirming that I submitted feedback, yet I never received a verification email or for my password change. I'm beyond frustrated that I cannot delete the profile myself or that I cannot get badoo to follow up on their responsibilities. I'm reporting a fake profile that was made with my email. It said I have messages from 2014 but I only got an email yesterday telling me to complete my account. I deleted the account but I want the link deleted from google.

Maybe you should screen people better. This person, Jeff silk. The phone number he gave me is [protected]. Number one. I met him and I don't know if he's using someone else's pics or 20 year old pics but he does not look like his pictures. He's fat and wears dentures. He's also a nasty, innapropriate creep. Deleted an account (well over 30 days ago)

But theirs messages that I should of kept.

I've been told that they can't be retrieved, but wouldn't you still keep private messages for ‘data retention'. (Or is this not required)

Can't anonymised messages be linked back to originating accounts in order for you to be able to retrieve them for me?

Or are private messages blankly deleted from your servers, not even you can retrieve them?

I just want a straight answer as I don't seem to be getting that :(

I've been charged for the full amount of 2750, even though I cannot remember buying such large quantities. I have 1950 left, is there any way to get a refund for the rest? I only wanted the cheapest package, and I thought the rest followed with my subscription. I hope you can help, as I like your site, and want to continue using it, but I can't if I get charged for a large amount when I only wanted a small amount.

Hello. Recently I have met someone I really like on the Badoo app. We have been talking for awhile and really started liking each other. Two days ago when I went on to talk to her, it said she was a "deleted member" and I am no longer able to message her. Is there by any chance a way you can get blocked or suspended off of Badoo? I don' think she would just randomly delete her account after we have started to have such a close bond and the only way we are able to contacting each other is from Badoo. Also if she got suspended, is it permanent or can she get back on in a matter of a few days? I am freaking out because I might have just lost her and she really meant a lot to me. Also, If she does get a new account, is there any way I can look her up specifically to find her? I don't know how I will find her again if she does get a new account because we just met randomly and don't even live close to each other. Thanks!

I was charged for badoo premium about 15 hours ago. A charge which I did not authorize. I took it up with badoo and they say I 'instantly recieved the benefits of badoo premium'. I have not used any of badoo 6 months premium services or used any 'benefits' in the few hours it has been active. I would like a full refund immediately or else I will have no choice but to escalate the matter. I will fight to the end.

I don't really understand how I got blocked - I followed the guidelines and used no hate speech whatsoever so I don't really get why.

I don't mind being blocked if I had some sort of clarity on why exactly I got blocked and if it made sense? With all due respect, it might helpful to include the reason/s why an account is blocked in the email you send saying we got blocked. Would it be possible to recheck the situation? Thanks.

There is a fake account of me and it has been on here, on badoo.com I never made a profile with my name and my pictures on there, I have wrote multiple emails trying to address this problem directly to whoever is in charge of badoo! This site blocked me from downloading the app and using the service. I have a lot of people on who really love me on this site. I speak when spoken to so and I Don't bother people so I don't understand why I am being blocked. I met someone from the U.S Military and we had the time of our life so I would like to continue being a member. Why are you blocking me? This isn't constitutional. I spent money on your site as well.

I bought one week of Badoo Premium and click a button... next thing I know I am charged £29.99 for some stupid credits that I didn't even know I had. So when clicking around, it seemed I used some. So I cannot get a refund... pathetic.

Yes on the 28th November I was charged with a payment of 60 pounds far a service I've never used, I contacted my bank who said because its was a PayPal transaction they couldn't do anything, in the meantime I contacted badoo who said they would refund the payment but wanted me too provide evidence of the payment in my PayPal account which PayPal rightly said they couldn't provide as its private information, so I contacted badoo who have persisted I have too screenshot private information bank statements PayPal information, so apart from contacting trading standards what should I do?

This man is a scammer, he contacts you and after a month or two of chatting he starts requesting money. I lost big time, but it would be nice to see his profile removed to help save someone else from this romance scammer instead of letting him stalk for his victims. This man is persistent and goes to great lengths to engage in conversation. Please help and remove his profile,
