Money stealing company
They didn't pay approx 44, 000.00 owed to our franchise. Caused us to file a 1.5 million dollar bankruptcy in the middle of a conversion on one of there franchises. Ruined OUR 30yr credit history, after 18 yrs of service to the "BADCOCK & MORE " entity. And also, the president of this corporation left his position early. To many things, to list just want consumers to know how deceptive this company REALLY is...NAMES of the rip offs are as follows; WOGAN, HENRY, BEN BADCOCK, BILL POU...PHIL B...These are the names to watch out for.They will make things happen, and take your MONEY & CREDIT.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Deceiving sales practices
12/05/08, Terrible Sales Practices!! Purchased a sofa, 2 days later the same sofa went on sale. Stopped by store to see about getting a store credit for the difference.
