I've placed the order #1000127492 (bed set furniture) on August 10, 2020 with promised delivery of 4-8 weeks. As of today, November 6, 2020,
all delivery dates for my order already passed. The customer support doesn't exists in this company, when you call their phone number,
they identify customers by the phone number and put them on undefined hold, then they simply drop phone call. Wasted several hours in
attempts to reach customer support with no success. To sum up: no furniture, no customer support, no idea whether they have any firm date for delivery.
In such situation I request from Bad Boys Furniture company the following:
1. Fully acknowledge that Bad Boys Furniture lied about this furniture and is not able to supply it.
2. Refund purchase price 1979.76$
3. Compensate us for wasting 3 months of our time waiting for the furniture they are not able to supply for amount of 1000$
As of today December 1, 2020, the furniture was not delivered and compensation was not offered. This criminal business establishment continue to ignore its customers. Got two phone calls with false, baseless promises "to deliver next week". Bad Boy Furniture continue to drag time as we closing to 5 months anniversary of order date.
The Bad boy continue subtly mocks us. On Dec 4, 2020, 4 months after placing order, they delivered
half of the order: dresser and one nightstand. The bed, we are waiting for 4 months and second nightstand
are missing and was not delivered. No idea when it will be delivered if at all.
