Had a car reserved two months in advance with them. Showed up and they had NO CARS...talked to a girl online who was nice and told us that if we rented the same type of car for the same period they would reimburse the difference. We did, and now we'll probably have to take them to small claims to get them to honor the deal. If they hadn't made that offer, we would have just reluctantly taken our personal car on the trip, but we trusted them..stupid us!
