I received countless emails from AVG asking me to renew my subscription for Driver Updater, which I finally agreed to, however they also sent me Breach Guard which I didn't ask for nor want and charged me for it without my knowledge. This was taken out of my Palpal account. I have been trying to get this money refunded since the day I discovered it. After a number of emails, I finally got a response from a lady named Marilyn in customer support who said I was eligible for a refund but tried to talk me into just extending the time I had for my Driver updater. I said no. and every email after that to customer support has been totally ignored. I can send copies of all my emails if required.

Here is the original invoice I received from them. As soon as I saw it, I couldn't understand why I had been sent Breach Guard when I didn't order it.
