This review was chosen algorithmically as the most valued customer feedback.

I notified the customer service that I wanted my account cancel for two reasons. The first was they charged me twice and said I had two accounts, and second I don't use this product as I use the ones through my phone and Internet service. Their solution was they would combine the two accounts into one, however I would not get a refund, even though the payments came out of my account just 15 minutes prior to my contacting customer service.

Recommendation: Do not purchase!!!!!
