Ran the Driver updater and it crashed my computer so extensively I had to have an outside company repair the damage! (I can do many repairs on own) Customer Service would NOT refund my subscription costs, obviously would not entertain refunding repair costs, would not allow to speak to supervisor, told I would have to wait 5–10 days for snail mail response. Clearly not holding my breath on any letter let alone resolution. JUST a side note the overwhelming number of pop ups and payment for every different service is both irritating and obnoxious. They were once a great product - never again!
Recommendation: DO NOT PURCHASE
