Avenue Stores review: boots

placed an online order 11/21. 11/29 went into the store i was having the boots shipped too and the SM never had never received my order. i called the customer service line on 11/30 and the girl said i will cancel the old order and place a new order. it is 12/3 and they never cancelled the old order and took the money from my acct and then told me i have to wait 3-5 business days to have it refunded back. then they tried to charge me 27.17 and 54.36 for two work orders. I only placed ONE. it has been a nightmare and the original order that was placed on 11/30 still hasnt shipped overnight as promised due to their screw up. i'm livid and never want to shop here again. you cannot take advantage of the buyer and then offer nothing in return to make the buyer want to stay with the company.
