I went to Auto-Tech to buy a car and *** told me that the car was in great condition. He said his mechanic checked it and there were no issues. He also said that the car had a clean car fax and new brakes. I bought the car on June 6th, but on the same day, my mechanic had to tow it. He wrote two pages of problems, including a bad engine, bad brakes, and the car being pieced together. The airbags were not even hooked up, which could have been dangerous for my grandson.

I bought a car from Auto Tech on 8/14/22 for $6000. The car had some problems. I drove less than 100 miles and got a flat tire. I returned the car on 8/20/22 and we agreed to fix some things like the windshield stripping, sunroof, transmission, and airbag warning light. Auto Tech said they fixed everything except for the airbag on 8/30. I brought a mechanic to check the repairs. The sunroof was still leaking, the transmission was causing the car to vibrate in reverse, and the doors had different VIN numbers. I asked for a refund, but Auto Tech refused. I left with the mechanic. On 8/31 I asked for a refund again and was refused again. On 9/1 Auto Tech dropped the car off at my house. They didn't meet the terms of the contract we signed. Auto Tech said they don't care about the contract.
