Hixson Autoplex of Alexandria

I went to Hixson Autoplex of Alexandria on 2/18/2022 to buy a car. They gave me a price of $45,260, which was the same as the MSRP. They said I could buy the car at that price. But then, five minutes later, they called me and said that because I lived in New Orleans, the price would be $15,000 more than what they had quoted me before. I said that wasn't fair, but they only lowered the price to $13,000 more than what they had originally quoted me. They said it was because I lived in New Orleans. They showed me a statement that said the price was $58,000. The MSRP was only $45,260. They said the difference was because I lived in New Orleans. I told them that I would register the car in Colorado, but they still said the price was $58,000. That's a lot more than the $45,260 they had originally quoted me.

I bought a 2013 Ford F-150 truck from Hixon AutoPlex in Alexandria, La. on May 5. My salesman was not there that day, so I dealt with a new salesperson named ***. He offered me an extended warranty for $2,495.00, but I declined because I thought the manufacturer warranty covered everything. He told me that the extended warranty would start after the manufacturer warranty ended, which I had never heard of before. He checked with his manager and came back to tell me that he was right and that the extended warranty would start after the manufacturer warranty ended. So, I bought the extended warranty. However, they were wrong, and the extended warranty and manufacturer warranty ran side by side. I wasted $2,495.00 on the extended warranty, and Hixon AutoPlex owes me that money.
