I have been with ATT for 26 years now. I have been having issues with my internet for 1.5 years now. I have had the lines replaced from the pole to my inside box. I have had now three modems and still I cannot have zoom calls because it drops out.
I spent an hour on the phone with CS to set up a service call where I was told a 4 hour window and someone would need to be there the entire time of the call. I waited 2.5 hours to get a text saying 1.5 more hours. Then another text at Noon (end of the window) Saying the tech was on his way there in 30) I left as I have to work and if a service company cannot make a 4 hour window there are bigger problems.
I just spent another hour on and got Karl who was a “manager” who refused to escalate me to his manager. Then I got a text saying my problem was solved? How did the tech solve it the problem without me there? Why did I have to be there in the first place.
This could be the worst customer service experience I have ever had! There is no way to speak to someone who can actually resolve my problems. No way to speak to the tech or the dispatch!
