I placed an order for two 17 pro max on line after receiving an offer to upgrade for a small payment per month. I placed an order that was accepted by on line computer so it knew what I was expecting to pay. now they are refusing to accept trade in offer that I received. I will not pay that much for any phone. I would not have ordered if i knew they were not going to stand by accepted online order. I just want to gett out of this sorry I even signed up. They breached the contract based on confirmed order I have... no customer service, on hold for ever. no one will admit their computer made mistake (they actually changed the plan after i placed my order) I was told on 18 Dec 2025.

Recommendation: Watch out they do what they want.... did not honor my order which their computer accepted. I will not pay full price for these phones... ripoff
