I switched my wireless service from Verizon to AT&T on April 19, 2025 under the promotional offer that included a device buyout reimbursement. To date, I have not received the correct payout for my phone payoff. I've spent countless hours on the phone, in store, email and just getting passed around continuously. I ended up paying close to $1500 the first month I switched (lesson learned) because someone had to payoff the Verizon account and then the large upfront att bill to start off. BIG MISTAKE making the switch. Unbelievable they can treat clients like this. I guess they figure most people will give up and they won't have to honor the reward agreement. I am not giving up and honestly they should be reimbursing me for all my time and stress over this.Of course they don't care about their clients, they are so big it doesn't matter to them.
Desired outcome: I'd like the total payoff promised to me! $968.10 for 2 devices.
