I put insurance on my iPad and now they are claiming it is my phone. I went to ask for a screen replacement. I own both devices. I told them months ago and also how they overcharged for turning on and off plans after they suggested wrong plan, and said they weren’t going to charge me. I also purchased a phone cord and they said they would make it good for a year and all they had to do was replace it was look up my account. When I took it in, they said they had to go through a warrantee process. They cut me off when I decided not to pay or fix anything. I am a disabled senior and will complain to every agency I can. I have spoken with the office of the president and they are supposed to follow up, but have not.
Claimed loss: eyepad screen replacement.
Desired outcome: Replace screen for free and square up illegal charges and lies I was told. Otherwise, I make as many complaints as I can and make sure the credit agencies are informed, as I’m sure they will do to me.
