Please explain to me why I was given stamp for pots and not for the glassware when I was purchasing items at the self checkout? I went into today and was refused my purchase because I was given the wrong stamps. I have no idea what the clerk was talking about with pots. Why was I given useless stamps when I earned those stamps. Is this another false advertising scam or just not giving the customer what they paid for? This is not acceptable.
I went to the store June 22nd to get a set of glasses and the person working customer service acted like I was lying. We were given these at the self check out.
How you treat customers who spend thousands with you is pathetic
Superstore didn't even reply to my message on Facebook. What poor service.
And I was lied to at PC Financial where I was told a Manager would be emailing but rather I got a email from PC Financial telling me o contact the Manager. Case 21479691. I've been lied to and jerked around because you gave me the wrong stamps at the self checkout.
I had to spend $20 for each stamp and you gave me fraudulant stamps so I want a refund from each of the stamps that was given to me and you can see in my file that I never signed up for stamps for pots.
I have complained so many times that I am going to file a formal complaint.
Claimed loss: $260
Desired outcome: Refund of $260 and not PC points. I want my money back. This is not okay.
