My wife’s phone has had its SIM card stolen and a claim that was not made by us that the foam was lost or stolen. You got scammed. Now you blacklisted my wife’s phone so now she can’t use it. I’m not happy that I’m paying for a line that I don’t get access to. Someone made that claim in provided an address and a card of some sort to pay. I believe it might’ve even been a debit card. It was sent to an empty house. Now we read that you sent out another phone. That’s your problem. I called today and I was told it would take three days for my wife’s phone to be turned back on which you told us last week the same thing. That is entirely unacceptable and I will be calling corporate office tomorrow and I’m going to get to the bottom of this. I’m a disabled vet and money does not come easily. I am paying for a phone in the line for that phone because you were scammed and had a new phone sent to an empty house. I have a picture of the house which is in my town and if you look at the door, you could see the security lock on the door from either the realtor or whoever has control of that house. Why did UPS deliver a phone to an empty house? This is how you are not protecting us. We are going on seven days tomorrow without access to a phone I have in my possession that I pay for every month. I’m going to start going on social media and plastering this all over the place until I hear from you. This is unacceptable. The number [protected] is my wife’s number. And in my opinion, that line should’ve been shut off and canceled and my wife’s phone being reinstated on the new line. K my name is Michael Bozzi My phone number is [protected]. I can’t give you the email address because it’s my wife’s in the insurance company on her phone is feckless so we cannot receive email. I don’t do email. You can text me with results.

Desired outcome: I want my wife’s phone reinstated tomorrow not three days from now because you’ve already played that card and drop that ball tomorrow. That would be September 1.
