Assurant insurance denied a water damage claim Said it had been leaking too long. The leak was impossible to detect. The leak was beneath the floor and the simplex. Instead trying to help, they sent and adjuster and a leak detector. And determined water damage was leaking too long. They could not say exactly how long it had been leaking. I would say change insurance company if possible. There was a claim investigator to try to catch a lie. You have a lot of complaints with this company.
