6:51:55 10/14/23 I stopped to purchase a Philly steak sandwich at this location but as always i encountered the same rude order taker. Her attitude is so bad that I've been known to pull off as soon as i hear her voice. The name on the receipt doesn't mean she was the order taker. The name on the the receipt

is Shannon. Description of the individual: tall, heavy set African American. Thank you

Desired outcome: I would hate for her to lose her job but she needs to be put in a position that doesn't require dealing with customers/public.
