Arby's review: customer and employee

I have been in our establishment in bolivar mo quite a few times, but that has stopped as of last night, Your manager there Jaclyn Green should not be a manager. She yells at her employee's all the time. And last night was the end of our going there. She yelled at the young girl in drive thru that she was standing there trying to take orders with tears running down her face. I was a manager of a multi million dollar truck stop and restaurant in wisconsin, and if i had ever talked to my employee's like that i would not had a job. And when they messed up my daughter and son in law meal one time she refused to correct it. This is a small town and with customer service like she is giving you will always looking for help and your customers will be few and far between. And with eating out is expensive and there is so many choices to eat at I will tell you that you will be loosing business with her there. Thank you for your time in this matter I dont want anything in return just that someone would go in there under cover and witness for yourself her demeanor.
