Aramexwrong reason given for non delivery

The shipment of abovereferred was out for delivery on 13th August 2018.
I get a Email message from my supplier/shipper on in China14th August that the parcel is not deliverable because address is incomplete and not traceable.
It implies that I gave wrong address and i am a fraud person.
Whereas I got the one parcel thru ARAMEX 2 weeks ago on same address.
People responsible for this blunder are all talking about the delivery will effect today
14th August, and not about the wrong reason forwarded to shipper. Nobody in Aramex
ready to take blame for this blunder. This is disgusting. I had to talk to 6 people about it.
I also asked Aramex Manager Mr. Kapildev Roy to give me the local delivery office of Aramex, so that I will go to them and show them my address and make them understand that I dont stay in Jungle and I am traceable.
The problem is not about delay in delivery, the problem is wrong reason and system communications
