If anyone is considering renting from this man, I strongly suggest speaking to his current tenants. Even if the property is nice and looks like in good condition, he cuts severe corners that make the tenants suffer once you get settled in, his lease agreements are not up to legal standard, and he does not do what he needs to do when coming to his properties, in my personal opinion this man is a terrible landlord.
