Received a complaint regarding a tenant Nemel. V. Aguete. The tenant originally filed his complaint with the DC Office of the Attorney Generals' Consumer Complaint Division regarding the failure of a Mr.Aguete rented a room one of five rooms that were listed on Craig list. The tenant is attempting to get his security deposit back and the landlord Mr.Antwain Cross will not respond to the tenant..
The Attorney Generals office forwarded the complaint to the attention of the DC Office of the Tenant Advocate and we are now notifying Craig's list of this problem and would respectfully request that Craig's list contact us to determine what procedures you use to address these type of consumer issues.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
