The Westerly on Lincoln A UDR Property review: Horrific Treatment by this corrupt company

I need to make formal complaints about horrific living conditions at this place! how do I do this can you forward this on? Please Thank you!

I recently moved out of The Westerly On Lincoln, Marina Del Rey, ca as of
June 27, 2013, due to horrific living conditions for myself and a friend.
As was stated 1.5 months ago by Chris Brown and Suzanne, I
was clearly stated several times, no problem you will be let out of
your lease no strings, it will work out. But as soon as we decided to
take a stand for my health and just get out, they demanded a
written letter as they knew I was going to move and they demanded that I
pay instead of vacate. Considering the massive immeasurable complaints
that were valid, truthful and beyond livable at this complex,
Chris Brown stated we would like to let you out of your lease at
anytime, instead of us trying to fix things here, as it takes
tremendous time to do so. Chris, took signs down for smoking at the
pool that he stated people could not smoke at the pool. He
consistently changed his mind about who could smoke and who could
not, or how he would rectify the horrific second hand smoke and that
you would stop all of it from units b416 and b316 yet he kept
changing his mind. Chris was very confused as to how to manage his
own property and changed his mind constantly and cannot back up
anything he or Suzanne ever stated.

I had to complain every solitary day or most of an entire 3 months of
the worst living hell of my existence. I moved 550 miles to live down
here and from the very first night I withstood horrific things and STILL paid my rent unreal and was
always told, we are working on this, it will get better, hang in
there, how can we help you, we WILL take care of this, and I now know
they did that to get me to stay there and endure such hardship and
filth. No one walks this property ever, there is constant parties,
pee, poo everywhere, marijuana everywhere, smoke everywhere constant
24/7, drug users, prostitution YES Prostitution, gym users that do not even live here,
2 guys in the main lobby room using wifi for 3 mos now that do not
live here, 1000 dollars worth of my clothing stolen! People sharing
horror stories with me and then of course alex in b316 who for no
reason, as I was never home sleeping in my car every horrific day!
She harassed me for so long, she is a NUT case beyond and tried to kill me with cigar smoke and
nearly did! And she threatened me, ### in front of my door from her dog, made her
cat pee on my window sill saw it and stood smoking a cigar outside my window
toward the elevator to try and kill me deliberately and she had sex
with different men all the time, has no job and had all nighter drug
binges! And Chris says he spoke with her and took sides and he let
her stay there because she pays more and they did nothing yet they told me they gave her notice a 3 day infact to vacate and it appears now they lied to me & influenced
the harrassment she put me thru, intense fear and tears daily, because
Chris told her everytime I called and what I had said which is a breach
of tenant confidentiality. So then they tell me their attorneys are deciding
to let me out of my lease, yet they tell me to wait and pay... as WE always paid our rent and never missed it and had to leave due to my long standing health issues, is just an excuse to try and force more
money out of me and more endless suffering that ruined so much in my
life. I left anyway, I got out immediately! I nearly died wheezing...I moved to save my life and I am so happy I did because no
matter what Chris or Suzanne would have said, they were not going to take me to my
grave, as I had horrific wheezing issues and dizziness issues and
cried every moment for 3 months straight! Please read on there is a moral to this story... They may gloat at what they
did to my life and my health, but let me inform you, there are tenant
california laws that I am in my right for vacating if the living
conditions are unbearable and unlivable as I slept in my car for 3
months and had to pee in a bowl so transients and homeless people
would not find me outside, as I had to look for a place to find to
live and raced around an entire month, I had a place lined up to see on may
3, 2013 and Chris threatened me that if I did not pay rent on the
3rd I would get a 3 day notice immediately, so he scared me out of
getting another place to live and I stayed for 1 more month even
though chris stated I could pay on the 5th! I nearly lost my life
because of their crooked business practices. All of them should be
ashamed of themselves for their lies and deceit and abusive threatening
tactics. The business center never had Paper, ink and the computers
were never updated, the mice would break, and I was in there not too
long ago and could hear Chris, Lonnie, Jordan and not sure who else
screaming yah baby! We are 100 percent occupied! We are soooo awesome
aren't we? My jaw dropped! Manipulation, lies, massive crimes here,
all the time, drugs, drinking, smoking, sex in the spa by lesbians,
yes I saw it from my window! Guys riding skateboards with vodka in
their hands during the day downing vodka and skateboarding by the
pool! Unreal conditions! I was never left alone by people! Oh and the
urine smells everywhere in my place from tracking it in constantly
from loose dogs to b316 let her dog in the pool all the time, and her dog was left to roam and pee anywhere and they said she was getting evicted! from 2 inch puddles in elevators of human urine I stepped in it to b316 and others who let their
animals roam without them in the planter boxes and ### and piss, I
became very ill from the extreme fumes and my dishes smelled like pee
and smoke, my clothes and I even smelled like it, this was highly
unbearable and unsanitary! My car is ruined from urine, black tar
stains from smoke residue and I can barely ride in it without
wheezing! Let's see throw up in the planter boxes and b building
elevator people graffiti and tried to light the wall on fire! Need I
say more? And you let people walk their dogs in the garage by my car
and smoke near my car and I never had relief ever! Your complex is a
third world country! Your elevator in front of b3161/2 broke one day
and I needed to take the elevator as I was winded from all the
smoke! And I could not get the doors to open, so I pried the door
open and one of their tenants a man in his 70's was panicked, very red
and sweaty and scared, he said I have been stuck in this elevator for
20 minutes! Omg! You saved my life, I couldn't breathe! I mean it
was hot out that day and noisy by the pool with parties and booming
music and it was around 3pm and this man would have died in that
elevator! Things do not get fixed! Adam promised me to do two fix it
jobs on my unit and to even go on the roof and reroute the air hoses
so I may have better in door air! I was never able to have my air on,
because the smoke was excruciatingly strong coming in, so I had no
breezes at all, just heavy smoke all the time and he never showed up
and did the job nor made excuses! I had a gas leak from unit b316 and
I do not even have gas in my unit! And had to rush home, I became
very ill from the fumes and had to leave and sleep in my car because
their maintenance team is incompetent I even had to deal with the entire fire department because their security guard does not speak english and is a complete ###! They also stated they were
rolling out anti- pee spray to deter animals from urinating on our
doors! They never did that either ever! They lie about everything, and
charge obscene prices for units that are complete trash pits! Then
they illegally withhold information to tenants that this complex rents to
bond recipients aka section 8 low rent and they pay 400 for the same
unit I am in and russians pay 200 and I would have never moved in if I
knew that you mix working professionals, with low income people with
drug problems and crack cocaine prostitutes here! YES that is all true! Also they do not
publish their complex anywhere online or in the public as a low income
bond program, not even on the Solari website and that too is also
illegal! So I would say I am out of my lease as Suzanne and Chris had stated and would greatly
appreciate my letter asap! They promised me a letter of leaving with no fees... Oh and I have taken photos of my unit,
and everything was fine...until I left! Read below!

I thank the Westerly for wasting 3 months of my precious life here living the
worst nightmare I have ever endured, but I praise God for sustaining
me and releasing me from that horrible awful place called hell and my
heartless neighbors you protected! I am free from them..anyway they never provided me tie letter to leave and vacate...
Because what I have spoken is all true and I can even go to the health
board of LA and speak of the dogs swimming in the pool and the sex in
the spa, I was retaliated against read below...

I am going to reference this one last time! Your organization is corrupt and complete liars, I was never given a notice for anything, and I was told I was a great resident the entire time I lived at The Westerly and I paid my rent on time and you guys told me I could leave and now you make up this crap that you evicted me to ruin my credit? (YES people they lie and retaliate and are pretending they evicted me when I was never given notice and never did anything wrong! I am a CHristian, non smoker, non drinker, was never there and paid my rent on time always!) What the heck is wrong with you people? They will rot in hell for these lies! They are complete pathological liars! They CANNOT legally do this, I will report all of them for this! And they cannot make up fake notices either as they are scam artists, I never did anything to any of them! Unbelievable, I nearly lost my life at this place due to a long standing illness and they fake an eviction to retaliate because I write an honest review about this pathetic filthy dishonest corrupt unsanitary drug infested garbage of a place that nearly ended my life! p.S. from the beginning they told me pets were NOT allowed and they told me they take care of smokers who bother other tenants! They LIEEEEE!

As of Today August 20, 2013, because of this true review they are faking an eviction YES people they retaliate and fake eviction processes to destroy peoples credit and livelihood, I was never given a notice ever and always paid rent on time and I am reporting them asap! I have never seen such horrific business practices in my life! Stay away from them they intend to destroy your life!

They have now been reported to the department of health and 3 other california organizations for their business practices!
