GEORGIA CHRISTIAN TOLANIGADI, aka VULAGI, the director of G7star Corporate Limousines recently gained rental access to my property at Arncliffe by providing false information on the lease, ending on 30th November 2012. She was presented to me by my agent, RAY WHITE of Rockdale as a business woman with her own limousine service company who wanted to live in my house with her husband and one child.
Her husband bashed her two months into the tenancy and she took an AVO against him. To my horror, I found out that this was not a once off occurrence and that Georgia also has at least 2 kids and a huge extended family, most of them having lived in my newly renovated house without my knowledge and/or permission. Along with a cat that I did not allow to live there. My neighbours have since told me there was no end to a procession of people that went in and out of my house.
Without asking for permission, Georgia took it upon herself to stop paying me rent. As the agent wasn't proactive in following this up and I have a mortgage to pay, I went to my property to discuss this with Georgia because she previously invited me to come and/or call her anytime. She physically pushed me around and threatened to bash me! A teenage member of the family screamed obscenities at me. Fearing for my and my property's safety, I had no choice but to file assault charges against Georgia with the police who then assisted me in immediately removing her and her extended family from my house.
The family caused damage to the door to one bedroom, left my house dirty and my new and freshly steam cleaned carpet stained and smelling from the cat. Georgia removed some of my items from my house, without my permission. She also left some of her rubbish on premises and never took care of the garden. She tipped the cat litter amongst my plants and the garden also still reeks of the cat. Some of my plants died and the lawn is dry. Georgia refused the agent permission to release the bond. I had to chase it directly through the Department of Fair Trading as the agent seems to be working for this kind of tenant, yet collecting management fees from me. RAY WHITE of Rockdale is now refusing to list Georgia on the National Tenancy Database.
I would NOT recommend GEORGIA CHRISTIAN TOLANIGADI/VULAGI to any future landlord or real estate agent. Am taking RAY WHITE of Rockdale to the Consumer Tribunal to recover various financial losses I suffered because of this tenancy and obtain an order to have Georgia listed on the National Tenancy Database.
Further to my above comments, Georgia chose to take me to the CTTT to recover her bond that the Department of Fair Trading refunded to me since she left my property owing me one month rent. It took the CTTT presiding member almost 30 minutes to go over each rent payment Georgia made to convince her that she actually owed me the rent and would not be getting her bond back. The CTTT member also dismissed her claim against me for $11K, for my alleged harassment of her in getting the owed rent. Georgia's ridiculous, false and highly inflammatory claims, written in foul language are documented in her claim number: RT12/52060. She also states there that she has 3 daughters, 2 of which are teenagers that left their own mark on their bedroom door in my property. Pity I'm not able to attach the rest of them, showing the property after she left it. I note that she also since changed her company name.

My house was fully renovated before you moved in. The mark on the door was quite obviously left there by your kids throwing some drinks on the door. The carpet was only one year old and steam cleaned before you moved in. It was left filthy and stinky after your 3 kids, cat and a numerous family going through it. Ray White's report reflected my version of my house. I also have photos of what the property looked liked before and after you moved in and out. If it was old and stinky, why did you move in and refused to move out while not paying me rent for 2 months? You knew the house was for sale and access was required for prospective buyers so what's your problem?
You and your husband are the ones bashing each other, not me. So I'm the con woman, am I? What are you - having lied on your lease application about your 3 kids and your abusive husband that would have never gotten you into my house that you say you didn't like? Why did you tell me how much you loved living there and why didn't you move your crap out when you chose not to pay me rent? Keep venting here so people will get a good idea of your character. I'm not interested in any further communication with you. It's been goodbye and GOOD RIDDANCE for a long time!
To whom it may c concern - I DO NOT RECOMMEND your letting Georgia and her family into your property!
Mira is correct Georgia is a scammer, does not pay her bills, is a fraudster. She is pure pig scum, she is filthy and fraudlent. She has no "Limousine Business" - she is a dirty dog.
She lost the limo business years ago. No doubt when I came after her. Yes, she's definitely a fraudster.
PEOPLE, DON'T deal with Georgia or RAY WHITE ROCKDALE. I have written proof of my problems with both.
Hi Mira...the house is been long gone...you still raved on like its still yours...i hava a whole island to myself and my kids. i have nothing to worry about. just wait till you see the result.
Enjoy it and stay there. Oh wait, but you seem to be back in Australia again and screwing other people out of their money as you did me. Since the law is still chasing you, I do hope to see you in jail one of these days, if you're not there already.
PEOPLE, stay away from Georgia and RAY WHITE ROCKDALE. I have written proof of my allegations and their lies. Both are BAD NEWS!

Mira Mikulic, the fact is, that photo of the mark on the door was there before we move in, your house is very old and stinky rugs, old leaking kitchen to start with. Please check with the Ray white real estate at Rockdale for the condition report. I was even helping you out in getting the new buyer to sight the property a few times and keeping the property beautiful and clean, in result to that, buys want to move in straight away. You are the one that was threatening to kill me and my children, so then i had to leave as that what you are wishing for, to end the tenancy because you are selling your property and the new buyer wants to move in straight away. So please stop the whole rubbish. You such a Bitter CON woman.
Dear Mira Mikulic, you are dishonest. You lost the case with CTTT in result you were ordered by CTTT to refund part of my tenancy bond back to me, which I have the prove. I am asking you to please stop putting out false complaint about me. I suggest that you remove this false story immediately, This is Georgia Tolanigadi, you got 14 days to remove this false made up story about me. if you not I will SUE you for defamation.
