I placed an order online with Anthropologie on 1st December 2025, ORDER NUMBER: AP42579121 for £163.50 for the JUDARN MURAL (Colour: NOVELTY).
DPD emailed on the 4th December to say they are expecting my Anthropologie parcel.
On 15th December Anthropologie support raised a case to say they contacted their warehouse team and the courier to find out more but I have not yet heard anything since.
Claimed loss: I paid £163.50 for an item I expected to receive within a few days. It's been 17 working days. The item was in the sale when I purchased so I cannot re-order without losing the promotional offer.
Desired outcome: Please can you arrange for another to be shipped out to me? Given it's been 3 weeks now, and I am struggling to receive any updates on this. I'd appreciate it if you could sent a replacement.
