I gotta say, Black Craft Cult really sticks to their not-so-great products. But man, I wouldn't have bothered ordering from them if I knew I'd end up with a sweatshirt that has all this faded printing. Seriously, it looks like someone's been wearing and washing it for ages. No way am I ever buying from them again.

Their stuff is so cheap. I used to love their clothes and still do, but honestly, it's all trash. It's extremely expensive throwaway clothes. And God forbid you order a winter coat and not be satisfied, because the coat will start falling apart within 2 or 3 weeks. I highly suggest you not order from them.

I shop here a lot. The stuff they have is really good. Shipping is fast. One time, I deleted the email they sent me to confirm my order by mistake. I emailed them to ask for another one, and they responded quickly. Some people who complain should understand that the Covid situation is affecting everyone, but the people at BCC are doing a great job. I'll keep shopping here forever.

I'm writing this review without reading any others. I've been buying shirts from BCC for 2 years. I live on the other side of the country. I placed my last order on Tuesday, and it's now Friday morning at 10. My order with multiple items has already arrived. They've given me nothing but great products and service. I haven't had any problems at all. Their company has treated me so well that I felt the need to give them a good review.

I've been shopping at Black Craft Cult for a while now and usually have good experiences. However, I recently bought a Pentagram Messenger bag online and was disappointed to find that it didn't come with tassels like it was shown on the website. I think it might have been a problem during manufacturing or assembly. I reached out to customer service, but they couldn't offer an exchange because they didn't have any more items in stock and couldn't send replacement tassels. They didn't provide a solution to my problem. I really love the bag and was really excited to get it, but it's definitely not what was advertised. This company doesn't seem to take care of their customers when they need it. I'm sadly disappointed, especially considering the bag was quite expensive!

I've ordered from Black Craft before and never had any problems. However, this time I ordered a package and didn't receive it, even though they said they dropped it off. I didn't get the item and when I contacted them, they initially told me that sometimes things can show up late and to ask my neighbors. So, I did that, but still, after a couple of days, nothing. I asked for a refund, but they refused, saying that it's not their responsibility for it to get to me. I won't be shopping through this company again. You pay for insurance in a company for a reason, but they're making a poor excuse. They're sitting on top while you're left with nothing. This company will fail and it's one of the worst I've ever encountered.

I got damaged stuff from them, and they won't swap it for me even though I don't have pets. They never even sent me a $70 windbreaker. They always send me the wrong things, and I have to pay almost $30 to send them back, just to get more trouble from them. They never try to help me, they just make more problems. They don't care about their customers. I've wasted too much money on this company, and I'm done. It's too expensive, and other companies have better customer service. They've taken more money from me with all the return shipping costs and making me get shipping insurance every time. And they don't give me full refunds, just partial ones.

Incredibly bad customer service. Took 2 months for my stuff to come. Not okay at all. When I emailed them first, they sent me a canned message saying it was shipped - but it clearly didn't move according to tracking. Then, like 3 weeks later, it finally shipped according to tracking. I emailed them again after like a month and a half - got no response at all. A month later, I finally got it. Still no response till now to fix the problem or say sorry. That's really bad for a store where I'm spending my money. It's really sad because I like their brand, but I won't order again or tell others to based on my experience.

These guys don't care 'bout their customers. They took like 3 months to finally get back to me 'bout my $400 package that got lost in the mail. They didn't give me any real answers and had no empathy 'bout the issue. Instead, they keep sendin' me emails every week askin' if I wanna buy more stuff from 'em that won't get delivered. Only after I did all the work and tracked 'em down, they gave me a refund. They didn't reach out or try to make the situation any better after hearin' 'bout my experience with their brand and shippin' issues. Instead, they told me I wasn't the only one and I can always place another order with 'em. Instead of sayin' sorry and fixin' things, they'd rather ignore people and move on. We're in a global pandemic, man. I could've taken my business anywhere on the internet. Never again will I go through this headache with these guys.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I've been a long time loyal customer of BCC and recently received an order where I ordered two x-large shirts. What came was so small, it could fit my child. When I emailed to inquire as to why the shirts were so tiny (because of course they don't have a customer service number you can call), I was told they were accurate according to the *** numerals on the tags of the shirt. So I asked about returning them so I could get a larger size and was told I'd have to return the free gift I got as well. So now I'm stuck giving one shirt to my daughter and feeling the need to lose weight considering they tailor all of their clothes toward stick thin women. Their clothes are also mostly 100% cotton, meaning they'll shrink so I thought okay, I'll get a 3XL and guess what? They have no 3XL women's shirts. What a joke. When I told the representative I spoke to over email that I'd just keep it and get another in a bigger size, I asked if there was any way I could get a small discount code for all the inconvenience and was told they don't offer that and have none to give out. Oddly enough, I googled blackcraft coupon codes and what do you know? There was one for 20% off, code POISON. So not only did they lie, but they gave awful customer service and while their clothes are cute, they're basically made to fit unhealthily skinny women. Not to mention, everything on their website is ridiculously expensive for less than good quality material. I won't be shopping with them anymore.

First time ordering for them and its my fault for not doing my research before ordering. Ive ordered over 200$ CAD from them and haven't received any updates or responses to my emails in 2 weeks. I saw alot of reviews on trustpilot saying people weren't getting their orders, and when they do their order is wrong. Dont think ill be getting my money back.

I'll start by saying I've placed 3 orders with BCC totaling about $1000, which is pretty expensive for only a handful of items. 2 out of the 3 orders I've gotten have been incorrect. They have really poor customer service, probably the worst I've seen online. They don't even send an apology for messing up your order they just tell you to send it back. So cool, I'm wasting money to buy packaging, wasting money to print a label, wasting time and money to drive to a post office then waiting several more weeks for the correct item. I just paid $30+ shipping for a tshirt and now I have to spend all this extra money just to get the tshirt I actually ordered? What kind of customer service is that.

I want to start off by saying that Black Crafts product is actually very good from my experience. That being said, their customer service SUCKS and their shipping times are actually horrible. I placed an order May 17 (from Canada). It shipped on May 27 (okay 7 business days was the max time, so I let it slide). It was scanned into their LA shipment centre maybe June 4 and didn't leave LA until June 24! As I write this, Canada Post has only received this package yesterday (July 13) and is anticipating a delivery by end of week. When I emailed them (multiple times) about how the shipping time was really unacceptable, I got some copy paste customer service bs email and the 'thanks for your patience!'. I asked for a discount on my order since they were doing their big 40% off sale at the time and it had already been 6 weeks since I placed my order. They totally just disregarded that completely. While BCC makes awesome stuff, their shipping and service models are just off the charts horrible.

Blackcraft Cult is like, totally not responding to customer emails, comments on social media, or messages. It's like, super frustrating because there are orders that are still pending and we're not getting any updates. We've sent them emails and stuff, but they haven't bothered to reply. We even paid for shipping, but there's still no updates. Ugh, so annoying!

I bought an item and they sent me the wrong item. They told me to pay for my own shipping to send it back. It took them months to send me the correct item, even when I said I just want my money back. Companies shouldn't be allowed to operate like this.

I bought a shirt from Black Craft Cult, but it was defective. The problem is that it was way too small for its size. I have many other shirts from the same brand that are the same size as the one I purchased. I reached out to them to let them know that it seems like they accidentally sent me a smaller shirt. They replied saying that it's impossible, so I sent them pictures of my other shirts for comparison. It's really obvious that this shirt is not actually a large. When I asked them to fix the issue, they basically called me a liar and refused to make it right.

I got the pentagram backpack, but they sent me the wrong thing, the pentagram BAG. I emailed them 3 times, but no response. I checked customer service reviews, and it seems like this happens a lot. I don't trust them to give me a refund or send the right thing even if I return the bag because of these reviews. They should just send me the right item and give me a tracking number. They should also give me a paid return label for the wrong item. Since they never give refunds, I'll send it back once I get what I actually ordered. I won't order from them again unless they fix this.

On April 1, I ordered a few things from Black Craft Cult, including a sweatshirt that cost $53. The sweatshirt was supposed to be 3xl, but it barely fit someone who wears an Xl. So, I packed it up and sent it back. I had to pay around $15 for the return shipping. They received the sweatshirt and told me it didn't meet their return criteria. They said they could only give me 40% of my money back or send the sweatshirt back to me. This made me really mad because I didn't do anything to the sweatshirt except try it on. I told them this, but they sent me a picture of the sweatshirt with some fibers on it and said it was pet hair. That's impossible because I don't even have a pet. Besides, I only had the sweatshirt out of the box for a short time to try it on and put it back. I told them all of this, but they said they would be sending it back to me, which is useless because it doesn't fit. I want a full refund of $53. I had tried to contact them before about swimwear sizing, but they claim they never got my message.

On March 3, I ordered four things from Black Craft Cult: a pentagram rose cardigan, a baroque velvet dress, a death moon sleeveless dress, and a batcraft pullover. They looked good on the website, but they didn't really suit me when I got them. I filled out the return form they asked for and sent it back. I had to pay to send the package back too. The tracking number for the return package is ***. They got it on March 25. I emailed them a few times to ask about the return, but they never replied. After doing some research, I found out that Black Craft is known for not accepting returns and not answering emails. I'm now out $159.77 even though I filled out their return slip, sent it back with all four items in new condition, still in their plastic bags with tags attached, and it got there before the 30-day return period ended. I know we're going through a global crisis right now, but Black Craft always has time to post on Instagram every day. But they can't handle returns or reply to emails on time? This was a really bad experience and I wish I had read the online reviews first. It would've saved me (and a lot of other people) a big headache.

On 6/1, I ordered something from Black Craft Cult. They sent me an email on 6/4 saying my order was processed and on its way. But after waiting for 14 days, the tracking number still showed that the item hadn't been shipped by USPS. So, I emailed them on 6/18 to ask what was happening. They replied on 6/19 blaming USPS for the delay. I emailed them again on 6/29, telling them that the tracking hadn't been updated and I still hadn't received my order. They replied on 7/2 with the same excuse as before. I tried reaching out to them on Twitter and Facebook Messenger, but got no response. Finally, on 7/14, they told me to contact "Cyndi". I emailed Cyndi that same day, and she said she would look into it and get back to me. Two days later, I asked her if she had found anything, but as of now, neither Cyndi nor anyone from Black Craft Cult has given me any information about my order, even though they created a shipping label within 3 days of my purchase.

I got an email saying your colleagues are dealing with a lot of orders. I've been patient and understanding, but I messaged about this in June and it's almost the end of July. On top of that, I've been a frequent shopper and many of the items I've bought have decreased in quality. I returned a jacket over a month ago because the stitching was terrible. I just received more items that I paid for and they look terrible. I'll attach a photo to show you, but I didn't pay for a defective jacket. Now I have to pay for shipping to get a replacement. I've been trying to be patient and understanding. I returned a small bats winged windbreaker jacket over a month ago because the stitching was bad, and I still haven't received my exchange. I sent you the tracking number to show I paid for the return. I just received more items that I paid for and they look terrible. I'll attach a photo to show you, but I didn't pay for a defective jacket. Now I have to pay for shipping to replace something that you sent me and looks terrible. I'm upset with the customer service and the poor quality of the stitching. I still have more items on the way and I'm worried they'll also look awful. I'm so disappointed that I want to reach out to someone about my experience because I don't feel taken care of. I understand there's a pandemic and you have a high volume of orders, but I don't understand why my small bats windbreaker jacket couldn't have been sent during that time. Now I have more items coming in that look terrible, like the tie dye blood moon goat hoodie I just received. I need answers because I feel like I'm not getting what I paid for. I'm becoming less patient because of how long I've waited for my last exchange, and now I have a new item that I just received today. I hope I'll get it in a timely manner and won't have to spend a lot of money to ship items back just to get something right the first time. This was supposed to be a birthday gift to myself, but with the pandemic and money issues, I can't afford to keep exchanging items with you. I chose to shop with you because I liked you in the past, but now I feel like I'm wasting my money and time. They asked me about UPS insurance instead of taking care of me. Terrible customer service. I've spent a lot of money on your company, and they still don't care about my customer service. They don't take care of their customers, no matter how long you've been shopping or how much money you've spent. Complete waste of time, don't shop here. Instead of arguing with me since May about shipping (I have proof I paid for it), just send me one. It's August and you still haven't taken care of me, and I'm out $60 because you don't take care of your customers.
