Stradivarius Terrible Quality and Nonexistent Customer Service: My Experience with Stradivarius.com

Stradivarius.com is a total disaster! The quality of their products is just plain terrible. I mean, come on, you pay good money for something and it falls apart after just a few wears. And don't even get me started on their customer service. It's like trying to get in touch with a ghost. You send them an email or try to call them and you just get radio silence. It's impossible to get any help or support from them. My advice? Avoid Stradivarius.com like the plague!

Stradivarius Mixed Review of Stradivarius.com: Good Clothes, Slow Refunds, Sizing Issues

when you buy from Stradivarius.com, they take your money fast but don't give it back as fast. It's been a month and still no refund. I'm not happy about it.

I also had some trouble with the sizing. I ordered a dress in my usual size but it was too small. I had to return it and order a bigger size. It was a hassle but at least they have free returns.

On the positive side, I do like their clothes. They have a good selection of trendy pieces at affordable prices. I've bought a few things from them and they've held up pretty well.

Overall, I would recommend Stradivarius.com but just be aware of the refund process and double check the sizing before you order.

i luv everythin i orderd frm stradivarius.com. they got gr8 quality stuff dat fits me well. and the prices r super good too! i mean, u cant beat it. i got a dress frm them and it was so cute and comfy. i wore it to a party and got so many compliments. i also got a pair of shoes and they were so stylish and comfy too. i wear them all the time now. i think stradivarius is my new fave store. i cant wait to order more stuff frm them.

Stradivarius Feeling Fly in Stradivarius' Oversized Shirt: A Review

I just got my hands on a dope oversized shirt from Stradivarius and I gotta say, I'm feeling pretty fly. This was my first time shopping with them and I'm pleasantly surprised. The shirt is hella lightweight, making it perfect for those hot summer days. And can we talk about the multi-coloured splashes? So edgy and cool. I'm really feeling myself in this shirt.

But let's not forget about the price, y'all. I snagged this bad boy for only ?17.99. That's a steal if you ask me. I'm definitely going to be checking out more from Stradivarius in the future. If this shirt is any indication of their quality and style, then I'm all in.

Stradivarius Stylish but Pricey: A Review of Stradivarius Clothing and Accessories

Stradivarius is a pretty cool store, I gotta say. They got some really nice stuff that's well-made and looks great on. But, sometimes, I feel like they charge a little too much for what you're getting. You know what I mean? Like, I'll see a shirt or a pair of pants that I really like, but then I look at the price tag and I'm like, "Really? That much?" Don't get me wrong, though. Most of the time, their clothes don't look cheap or anything. They're actually pretty stylish and trendy.

One thing I really like about Stradivarius is their selection of accessories and bags. They got some really cute stuff, especially the bags made of fake leather. I've bought a few of them and they've held up pretty well so far. I also like how they have a good mix of classic and trendy pieces. Like, you can find a nice blazer or a pair of jeans that you can wear for years, but they also have some fun, trendy stuff that's perfect for a night out or a special occasion.

I've only ever shopped at the physical stores, so I can't really speak to their online shopping experience. But, I've heard good things from friends who have ordered from their website. Stradivarius Poor Customer Service and Refusal to Accept Returns by Post from Stradivarius

I recently purchased a jumper from Stradivarius and unfortunately, it didn't hold up well. After only a few days of wear, the wool began to bobble and pile, making it look scruffy. As I live quite far from the nearest store, I requested to return it by post. However, my request was denied. I explained that it was too far for me to travel and was advised to contact customer service instead.

I followed their advice and sent an email with photos of the jumper. However, after two weeks, I still hadn't received a response. Frustrated, I sent a follow-up email stating that I would escalate the issue to trading standards if I didn't hear back. Finally, I received a standard reply telling me to return the item to the store.

Overall, I was disappointed with the poor service and lack of customer care from Stradivarius. It was frustrating to have to go through so many hoops just to try and return a faulty item. I hope they can improve their customer service in the future.

Stradivarius Disappointing Customer Service and Confusing Return Policy at Stradivarius

I recently had an experience with Stradivarius that left me feeling quite disappointed. I purchased a piece of clothing from their store and unfortunately, it didn't quite fit right. I attempted to return it within a week, but was told that I could only return it within three days. This seemed like an incredibly short window of time to me, but I figured I would try to make it work.

When I contacted Stradivarius online, I was told that I actually had 30 days to return the item. This was a relief, but when I tried to return it in-store, I was once again told that I could only return it within three days. I was frustrated and confused, so I reached out to customer service again. I sent them my receipt multiple times and asked for their help, but they simply told me to go back to the store and try again.

After several attempts, I finally got in touch with someone who was able to help me. They explained that there had been a mistake on the bill and that I could actually return the item within 30 days. While I was grateful for their help, I couldn't help but feel frustrated by the whole experience.

Overall, I would say that my experience with Stradivarius was not a positive one. The customer service was lacking and it was difficult to get a straight answer about their return policy. While I appreciate that mistakes can happen, I would have appreciated more transparency and a willingness to help me resolve the issue.

Stradivarius Unreliable and Frustrating: My Experience with Stradivarius Customer Service

So, I got an email from Stradivarius about my order and they said that one of the items was cancelled but the rest were good to go. I was pretty excited to get my stuff, but then I reached out to customer service to check on the status and they told me that 10 of the items were out of stock. What the heck? And to make matters worse, they already charged my card for everything.

I tried to get some answers from customer service, but they just kept sending me the same messages over and over again. It was so frustrating. And then, to top it all off, I found out that my order wouldn't even arrive until at least a week after the "guaranteed delivery date" that they promised me. What a joke.

Honestly, I don't think I'll ever order from Stradivarius again. I'm a regular Zara shopper and I've never had any issues like this. My Zara orders always ship out within a day or two and everything arrives in perfect condition. Stradivarius is just not a reliable or trustworthy company to order from. I'm deleting their app from my phone right now so I don't even have to look at their stuff anymore.

Stradivarius Stradivarius Review: Delayed Order and Poor Customer Service

So, I decided to give Stradivarius a try and ordered a bag on March 19th. The website said it would arrive in-store on either March 22nd or 23rd. However, I didn't receive my bag until April 4th, which was a delay of 12-13 days. I called customer service multiple times during this period, and they initially told me that they didn't know where my package was and that they might have to reorder it. I was okay with waiting, but I asked if I could get a discount on a future purchase due to the inconvenience. The guy from customer service said they would eventually do it, but I wasn't sure what type of discount he was talking about.

When I finally received notification that my bag had arrived at the store, I called customer service again to inquire about the discount. However, the lady on the phone denied that there was any delay at all. She said that the delay was only 5 days since it started from the day the bag was shipped, which was on March 30th. Therefore, I wasn't entitled to any discount. I don't agree with Stradivarius' policy of only considering the delay from the day of shipping. To me, waiting 16 days instead of 3 is definitely a delay.

However, I understand that this is their policy, and there wasn't anything the lady from customer service could do about it. But she was very rude and denied the fact that I had to wait much longer than I was supposed to. If she had been more apologetic and understanding, I would have left the phone call feeling less angry.

In conclusion, I would not recommend ordering anything from the Stradivarius website. Your order will probably be delayed, and you will have to call customer service multiple times because they won't reach out to you. Plus, you won't get any discount for the delay or inconvenience. I'm posting this review on every website I can so that more people can be warned.

Stradivarius Delay with order shipping

I ordered a bag on the 19th of March and it was supposed to arrive in store either the 22nd or the 23rd of March. The bag did not arrive in the store until the 4th of April, so 12-13 days of delay. I called costumer service multiple times during these 12/13 days and initially they told me that they did not even know where my package was and that they would probably had to reorder it. I was fine with waiting, however, I asked them if I could have a discount on a future purchuse due to the inconvenience and the guy form the costumer service said that they will eventually do it (I don't know exactly what type of discount he was talking about but he thought it was reasonable request). When I received the notification that the bag finally got to the store, I called costumer service again to know anything about this discount and the lady at the phone was denying the delay at all, telling me that the delay was actually only 5 days since it started from the day the bag was shipped, which was on the 30th of March and thus I was not entitled of any discount. To be honest, I do not agree on the fact that this corporate deem "delay" only from the day of the shipping, because instead of waiting 3 days I waited 16 days (TO ME THIS IS DELAY). However, if this is the Stradivarius policy, there wasn't anything that the lady from costumer service could have done about it, and I understand that, but she was very rude and she was denying the fact that I still had to wait much more that I was supposed to. She could have been apologetic and nice, and I would have left the phone call way less angry that I actually was. In conclusion, DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THE ONLINE STRADIVARIUS WEBSITE, it will probably be delayed, you will have to call the costumer service multiple times because they will not reach out to you, and you will not get any discount for the delay/ inconvenience. I am posting this on every review website so that more people can be warned.
