AmeriGas Propane review: Excessive fees for pick up tank - nobody called me about these fees!

I called AmeriaGas 2 weeks ago to order pickup on a tank that has no purpose. It was here when I bought the home. When I called to have it picked up I told the lady I am not paying a pickup fee. She advised someone would call me with the date. Nobody ever called me! The guy just showed up on 9/17. He told me the tank was 75% full! I told him nothing in or outside my home used proprane gas. It was here when I moved here. He said I would get a REFUND for the 200 gallons left in the tank. Of course, AmeriGas said NO, Soth Carolina does not participate in refunds! Then 2 days later I get a bill for $399!

Claimed loss: REFUND me for the 200 gal left in the tank

Desired outcome: REMOVE any bill related to this pick since they refused to refund for the 200 gallons in the thank! Deduct it from the $534 I should have been refunded!
