Americas Best Value Inn review: rude employees, old/worn bedding, bad housekeeping

Spent 2 nites at the Maryville MO location. Check-in clerk Chastity on the phone, ignored me, had to buzz her to get service. Both beds had holes in the blankets, there was an incense stick butt in the coffee maker, and the TV remote was missing the battery cover. Checking out the same clerk (back on the phone) ignored me again and one of the housekeepers had to get my receipt. I was charged over 134.00 a night for this place and it was not worth it. We had to go to the local Walmart to get blankets to use because we were NOT going to use holey blankets. (we have photos).

Desired outcome: I'd like at least a partial refund. And their clerk Chastity needs some sensitivity training.
