AMC Theatres review: Service

My husband, son, and brother in law visited this theater and was informed they were sold out for the 9pm showing for the new Godzilla vs. King Kong; but could sell them the next showtime. After consideration, they turned around and went back inside to buy these offered seats to only be told in the short time frame they outside they were sold out even tho the parking lot was bare to empty. I feel like this was very unprofessional and insulting to my family. This is unacceptable.
