AMC Theatres No 17 after 7:30

I went to AMC theaters with my friends, I am the youngest in my group, I’m 17. There was a group of younger girls I saw go right it, I know they were younger because one of them was a freshman at my highschool. So I went into the line, and the employee asked for my ID I gave it to him, and he told me I would not be allowed to attend the movie with my friends unless I had someone who was over the age of 21. I understand this is the rule, expect if you’re going to have this rule you need to ID everyone.

Desired outcome: I’d appreciate a response, and please consider changing your policy. Also consider giving me a free movie voucher to see the movie with my friends at a later date if possible

AMC Theatres Movie cancelled after sitting in theater for twenty minutes

On July 7, 2023, we purchased tickets online to view “The Sound of Freedom” with Spanish subtitles, and drove over a half hour to get to the theater. The movie was to begin at 4:45 PM. We sat in the theater, with a couple of other families, until 5:03 PM, when a worker came in and said that the movie would not be playing. The reason given was that the projector had been pre-programmed to play a horror movie instead. He offered to reschedule us for another showing several hours later, English only, but said he does not know when the Spanish subtitles would be ready! (This was not the first day of advertised Spanish subtitles for that movie.) He refused to reimburse us, even when I told him we are leaving the country soon. He gave us tickets to be used at any AMC at any time, but we will not be able to use those. We are extremely disappointed and dissatisfied.

AMC Theatres Rewards

I was not able to receive my free popcorn and drink during my birthday month. I asked to speak to a manager and when someone finally did show up I was given a lot of excuses as to why I did not receive my snacks. One of them being I did not come to the theater on my birthday. I thought it was my birthday month that I would receive my perks. After telling me why I did not receive my popcorn and drink, the manager just stood there and looked at me. I made the comment that one of the other theaters (competition) was looking better and better.

Desired outcome: Even though my birthday month has passed, I would still like AMC to honor my perk and receive my free popcorn and drink.

They also allow other movie goers that are not stub members purchase tickets before you and go ahead of you in concession stand.

When I sat down the lady next to me said she purchased her ticket on line and no one greeted her at the front to take her ticket , she said no one is working here, and since she paid she sat down to watch the movie. AMC Theatres The movie

On July 1st 2023 I Paid over 100 dollars for popcorn, drinks, candy and tickets only to be able to see Elemental in 3D movie on half of a screen. Would like the money I paid for the tickets to be refunded. Tried to complain to someone and no one was at counter. I don't make alot of money so when I spent as much as I did I at the least expected it to be full screen.

AMC Theatres AMC20 Tulsa Southroads

Paid to see Indiana Jones today. AMC did OK with getting our online tickets.

Southroads 10 theatres did ok accepting ticket.

Start time 1030AM. THE MOVIE even intros DIDN'T START FOR 35 MIN - No explanation. I think three of the customers, paying customers, tried to find an employee to help. I finally told the guy who sold me the popcorn.

Pathetic "service"

AMC Theatres Double charge for purchase of 1 ticket

On 6/16/2023 I attempted to purchase 1 ticket for the Transformers movie for 6/19 @1:15PM show. The first transaction did not go through totally. My debit card was however charged the Senior ticket price of $13.68.

I made a second attempt to complete the purchase and I was able to complete the transaction with order #[protected]. Ticket conf# [protected]. I was charged the same amount of $13.68, It was debited to my debit card ending in 5991.

I am therefore requesting that my debit card be credited with the amount of $13.68.

AMC Theatres Not showing the movie truth about gender surgeries.

My complaint is on you canceling the movie truth about gender affirming care.

The minority satan led woke mob has successfully scared you to shut down the truth.

Have the courage to show this movie for God made man and woman there is no other gender all lbtq talking points come from the evil one and arevevil in itself

AMC Theatres Movie being canceled

This is concerning the movie, “No Way Back: the Reality of Gender Affirming Care”. Why did you cancel this movie and keep it from being shown in theaters? Has your company learned NOTHING about people and this issue. Not everyone cares what Hollywood thinks about their personal values and de-platforming this movie makes you complicit in the cancel culture. Why must I and other rational people be denied the opportunity to hear first hand experiences? I’m guessing if this was 1939 Poland, you would be signing up with Dr Furher. I will be purging my AMC account unless you show this film and I will be using whatever influence I have to keep others out of your theaters and canceling their accounts as well.

Desired outcome: Show the “No Way Out” . It is a legitimate documentary that people want to see.

AMC Theatres amc sunrise 8, sunrise florida

We purchased our tickets on line for the 7:30 showing of the flash. Upon arrival at theatre we noticed there was nobody checking tickets. Everyone walking in and noone there to see tickets. There was one worker selling tickets to those who purchased at the time. The soda machine wasnt working, the floor was dirty and it is very poorly run. Upon taking our seats, a young man aprroached us and asked for money to buy popcorn, I doubt he bought a movie ticket. I was so nervous that he would come back I sat on my bag. About 90 minutes into the movie the power went out.. Generator light came on, movie went off. Nobody in the theatee knew what to do. Stay or go. We went, the whole theatre was in darkness, with people still walking in. I dont know who your managers are, but they run a piss poor business. We will not be coming back, and are letting all our friends and family know what happened. It cost us 25.00 in food and 30,00 in tickets. Im sorry, I normally dont do this, but it was awful. We just wanted a nite out, and didnt even see the end of the movie.

AMC Theatres AMC Online Ticket Purchase

I JUST purchased 4 tickets for the wrong movie. Your organization charges an $11 convenience fee but does not allow the convenience of making changes without incurring an additional $11 "convenience fee".

I would really appreciate if someone would contact me regarding this matter. There is nothing convenient about your website. It is dark, it is confusing and it is convoluted.

AMC Theatres Gold Experience ticket exchange service

- Originally submitted request on 12/15/2022 meeting all requirements (photos of front/back of tickets, ticket numbers, address where to send replacement tics, etc.

- After hearing nothing back, followed up on 3/28/2023 via email, their contact form

- Again, after hearing nothing back, contacted [protected], leaving all information including my name & contact information

- As of today (6/14/2023), still NOTHING!

Desired outcome: Simple - an apology, 6 replacement tickets and a couple extra tickets for the LONG wait and having to go above and beyond for the replacement tickets!

AMC Theatres Experience

On 6/10/23 I drove 45 minutes away to visit this “dine in” theatre in Bridgewater Commons NJ because our favorite theatre at river side Hackensack was booked. The little mermaid was worth it, or so I thought. What started out as an exciting evening for my children, turned into a nightmare. Trash everywhere, the employee at the concession stand was so rude and texted on her phone as she took our order only to get it completely wrong. She was annoyed at any question I had, and as a first timer at this location I had many questions. No icee machine, no kids popcorn box, and no patience on her end. We get to our seats only to realize the seats didnt recline (fine we can work with that) but disgusting and dirty too? Now we get our food and the popcorn was so salty my children and I could not eat one bite, the order came out completely wrong and I had to get up multiple times to correct the issue. $100 worth of food btw! The pretzel bites were stale, and the food tasted like it had freezer burn. All inedible. Now I should have taken this as a sign to get up and just leave but no, my children wanted to watch the movie. The movie starts at around 6:20 after commercials and by 7:00 pm a woman in front of me proceeds to Harrass me about my 5 year old autistic son. See my son was scared during certain scenes and whispered to me that he was scared. This woman proceeds to turn around and tell me “you better shut your son up or you need to leave”. I tell her nicely to leave me alone. She then proceeds to harrass me for the next 20 minutes continuously turning around making comments. I then tell her to get a manager if she’s so bothered in which she gets up and shouts loudly “I will!” I follow behind her and a manager gets involved and rather than get both sides and diffuse the situation he yells at us both to “get out” in an aggressive tone. I told

Him I would happily leave but I would like to speak about a refund because we were only able to see half of the movie because of this rude customer in which his response was “ you’re not getting anything back” and once again told me to leave. I asked for his name in which he mumbled Clint or Clynn, I’m not 100% sure what he said. My experience from start to finish was not only horrible, it was the WORST experience I’ve EVER had in all my years of using Amc as my preferred movie destination. I was not only given poor service, I was HUMILIATED by this staff. I was the victim in this situation, I PAID to watch a movie with my children, and I was robbed of that experience because of a woman who felt like her experience should overpower that of my son. I’ve never been in a situation like this and rather than understand, they treated me like trash. After I spent $150 at this location, This is what I was left with. I am beyond disappointed.
